A proposal to build 60 townhouses and 16 affordable units next to the Burlington County Agricultural Center on Centerton Road in Moorestown has been submitted to the Planning Board.
Developer D.R. Horton, a national homebuilder, would build on the 17.64 acres owned by the Catholic Diocese of Trenton under the plan, which requires Township approvals for preliminary and final site plans, subdivision plans and a bulk variance.
The date for a public hearing on what would be known as The Enclave at Moorestown has yet to be set.
