The proposed development, named “The Enclave,” will occupy 17.64 acres of undeveloped agricultural land currently owned by the Diocese of Trenton. This project aims to help meet the Township’s affordable housing obligations, with Horton’s application designating 14 townhouses as affordable and 52 as market-rate.
