On Thursday, part of Moorestown’s affordable housing program is set to advance as the Planning Board is expected to finalize its approval for the construction of 64 owner-occupied townhouses, including 13 designated as affordable. The project will be located next to the Burlington County Agricultural Center on Centerton Road.
D.R. Horton Inc. plans to purchase the 17.64-acre parcel from the Diocese of Trenton to develop the L-shaped site, which is primarily agricultural land. The development will feature a single entrance and exit on Centerton Road, and existing structures on the property, including a house and a shed, will be demolished.
